Contract To Close
Monthly: first Wednesday 11am-12pm
Together we will walk through the loan process from going under contract all the way to the closing table. We will discuss the 10 don'ts, the 6 steps of the loan process, common problems that can arise, and tips to prepare for a smooth closing.
