Nashville Industry Fund aims to KEEP NASHVILLE MUSIC CITY by bridging that gap and assisting musicians and hospitality industry workers with the purchase of their first home.

Buying a home is hard enough, even when you have all the resources and tools you need at your disposal.  

Many musicians and hospitality industry folks work non-traditional business hours, are self-employed or contract employees, which can make accessing those resources that much more challenging.

Who We Serve

We’re here to support all music and hospitality industry professionals with the purchase of their first home.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Musicians, sound & lighting engineers

  • Bartenders, servers, and venue operators

  • Photographers, artists, and designers in the music industry

  • Both 1099 and W2 employees are welcome

NIF offers a range of services including:

first-time home buyer classes

credit repair assistance

grants at closing

network of trusted professionals

By providing these services, NIF seeks to empower and support individuals in these sectors who may face financial barriers to homeownership such as untraditional income or lack of knowledge in the home buying process.
