Nashville Industry Fest - The 2nd Annual Fundraiser for the Nashville Industry Fund

With real estate prices climbing, home ownership in Nashville is becoming increasingly inaccessible to those who make up the heart of this amazing city. Nashville Industry Fund is Nashville’s first and only nonprofit dedicated to helping our industry professionals purchase their first homes. With the mission to help keep Nashville "Music City", they have partnered with local real estate and mortgage professionals to provide down payment assistance and first-time homebuyer courses to those employed in Nashville’s critical creative, service, and music industries.

The fund is celebrating its 2nd annual benefit with live music and more on November 9th at one of Nashville’s most iconic venues: 3rd and Lindsley. Enjoy a silent auction, giveaways, and incredible live performances by Striking Matches, Johnny Gates, Theresa Gorella, members of the Aqua Ducks, and more. Emceed by Josh Black, you don’t want to miss this special event. General admission is only $15.

Sponsors gain early access to a special VIP backstage event with a private performance by Molly Payne, a 360 photo booth, and a meet and greet with our headline band.
